The art work for Frozen people- festival made use of discarded windows to frame both spaces and moments on the expansive frozen sea, so participants could have dialogues with themselves, each other, and the vast world around.

The event was organised for the first time by Oulu urban culture on the frozen sea ice in Oulu, Northern Finland, and was well received by visitors from near and far.
